WINDOW MERCHANDISING
A pilot strategic initiative exploring the role of retail in elevating the company’s customer experience, Project Delight was art-directed around a simple mission — to truly delight users. The project tested how physical presence could bring a new dimension and emotional depth to a digital-first brand.
The 6ix
Celebrate Toronto’s vibrant spirit, diversity, and resilience—proudly embodied in “The Six,” a name born from the 416 area code. This window display embraces the city’s cultural mosaic, where unity and inclusivity flourish through multicultural food, art, and festivals. Above all, the warmth and kindness of its people make us at the Vistaprint Studio grateful to be part of a community that stands together and celebrates with unwavering pride.
LEARNINGS
I’ve learned that showing almost always beats telling. A pilot project—like the store—can inspire conviction in ways other channels never could. We made countless mistakes along the way and learned more from them than we ever imagined. Above all, always honor the culture in which your brand arrives.
I’ve got more retail visuals and other design projects up on Behance.
